Do It Like the Big Dawgs!
Today we’ll take a look at how the kings of industry wine, dine and otherwise cajole prospects.
Most of successful professionals use a series of information based ads that build emotion and a call to action. These are much more effective than a standard company branding advertisements. The same principles that go into putting together a high impact (and, often, high priced) ad campaign can be adapted to fit your needs with similar results.
Here are some ways to put together and execute a professional, effective ad campaign:
- Put together a short report that’ll you’ll automatically send to prospects when they contact you. This should include a short description of your business and what you specialize in. Don’t forget to include case studies, samples or other proof of your success.
- Develop value-oriented yellow page ads.
- Consider newsletters as a way of educating and informing customers about your industry and services offered.
- Offer a free seminar, webinar or other lecture to build awareness of your business, but make sure you make the information pertinent to your target market and find speakers who are respected and known in the industry.
- Buy an existing business, introduce better marketing and grow this new business faster than a “from scratch” business.
- Always test different versions of your ads to find the most effective ones.
- Use direct mail marketing to grow your business.
- Put together a database of previous customers and send them new information.
- Offer incentives such as frequent purchasing benefits, loyalty programs, referral programs or others.
- Approach large firms who may need your services and negotiate a deal to be their exclusive expert in your field.
- Offer a 24-hour information line with a regularly updated recorded message. Make this available to all past and future customers/clients.
- Donate time or materials to local charities to show support in your area.
- Offer public clinics for the general public to come along and discuss what they need that’s free and approachable.
- Organize seminars your customers/clients can pay to attend by putting together a high-perception value package.
- Approach local newspaper by offering to write a weekly column about your area of expertise. Don’t ask for money, just a byline and bio.
- Develop a weekend or other destination seminar for customers/clients, not only does this give you an action-packed weekend with the most important people, it gives them a tax-deductible business adventure.
- Take a good seminar and turn it into written form as a home study, member site program, audio or video program.
- Approach large companies and offer to give seminars to their employees, investors or management.
- Be proactive with your marketing plan.
- Barter for your marketing. Offer products or services in lieu of payment.
- Be willing to bring in new clients, even if at an initial loss because it will likely pay off later.
- Regulate your marketing budget to maximize the potential income from them to hit the next year and try to push back advertising costs for the next year to offset your expenses.
- Make offers to target markets or target market businesses to pay them for referrals or shared databases.
- Offer loaner products to replace equipment that’s be repaired or refurbished.
- Give away something free to everyone who brings in a print version of your advertisement. This is a great way to see which ads are giving you the most bang for your buck.
- Continually consider what new products/services you can offer to current customers/clients.
- Develop a mail order division of your company.
- Offer a proposition to your competitors to trade customers/clients you were both unsuccessful in selling to.
- Use different marketing tactics as an excuse to attract new customers/clients with new offers and goodies.
- Offer a “you-choose-the-price” program. This is especially good for product you just can’t seem to sell.
So, there are 30 great ways to market to other professional and businesses. Some other great ways to get your name out there for little or no cost are:
- Get involved you in your community-volunteer, donate to local events, etc.
- Join your local Chamber of Commerce and attend the networking and other activities throughout the year.
- Join a local, state or regional professional associates for further networking opportunities.
- Become a board member of a local organization.
Advertising should never be your only method of marketing, there are a myriad of ways to get your name out there in a way that feels personal to potential customers/clients.
“Effective advertising…must be used to get your name out to the public. If your name is not familiar to people, they will not come to you.” Jay Abraham

Elon Musk has been getting Trumpier. A direct line to Trump may be next
?±?»?????????????‚
Elon Musk has sought to accumulate political capital commensurate with his extravagant wealth. In the past year, Musk has publicly opined on global conflicts, met with numerous world leaders and US senators to discuss artificial intelligence and his space and satellite technologies. And he has courted senior Chinese officials on their home turf.
Now he is reportedly exploring what could be his next political project: Becoming an adviser to Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for president, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal.
https://www.bs2tsite5-cc.net
?±?»?????????????‚ ???°???‚
Musk has discussed advising Trump should he win the 2024 election, the Journal reported, citing unnamed sources. Musk called Trump directly via cellphone to explore a role that could potentially give Musk significant influence over US policies. It’s not clear based on the Journal’s reporting which party initiated conversations about the potential role.
The Trump campaign did not respond to CNN’s requests for comment; Musk also did not respond to the Wall Street Journal, but Brian Hughes, a Trump campaign spokesperson, told the outlet: “President Trump will be the only voice of what role an individual plays in his presidency.”
Musk pushed back on the Journal report in a post on X Thursday, saying: “There have not been any discussions of a role for me in a potential Trump Presidency.”
However, a potential role in a future Trump administration could expand upon the role that Musk played in the previous Trump administration, when he served on two business advisory councils before quitting them over Trump’s decision to pull out of the Paris climate agreement.
The privilege of whispering in Trump’s ear, should he win reelection, could give the billionaire – who is increasingly steeped in the rhetoric and imagery of the conservative culture wars – even more power on the global stage. Reporting that Musk and Trump’s relationship has improved comes after Musk’s politics have become more aligned with Trump’s.
Musk has made supporting right-wing causes — and extremism, in some situations — increasingly central to his identity. He has vocally opposed Covid-19 lockdowns and embraced anti-vaccine ideology. He has elevated conservative speech on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter that he purchased in 2022. And he has pushed racist conspiracy theories about immigration.

Auction house withdraws shrunken heads and other human remains from sale following outcry ??? ?????? ?? ?????? ??? ????????????? ? ????????? ?????? ????????? ?? ?????????? ?????????? ?????????? ??? ???? ????? ???????? ????? ??? ??? ?????? ????? ??? ???? ??? ????????????? ????????? ?? ?????? ??? ???????????? ??????????? ??????? ?? ????????? ?????????? ????? ?????? ??????????????????? ?????? ????????? An auction house in England has withdrawn human remains including shrunken heads and ancestral skulls from sale following an outcry. The Swan auction house in Tetsworth Oxfordshire withdrew more than two dozen lots from an upcoming auction titled “The Curious Collector Sale” including an 18th-century Tsantsa shrunken head which was expected to fetch ?20000-?25000 26000-33000 and was previously owned by Hugh Hefner founder of Playboy magazine. Other withdrawn lots include an ancestral skull from the Solomon Islands another from the Fon tribe in Benin and a double ancestor skull from Congo. The planned sale of another piece described as a 19th-century horned Naga human skull drew criticism from Neiphiu Rio Chief Minister of the Indian state of Nagaland. Rio wrote to India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar asking him to intervene “to ensure that the auction of the human remains of our people is halted.” In his letter Rio said he had been informed about the auction by the Forum for Naga Reconciliation FNR a grouping of organizations that works to reconcile different Naga political groups some of which have engaged in armed struggle for independence from India in recent decades. In its letter to Rio the FNR said it “condemns this inhumane and violent practice where indigenous ancestral human remains continue to be collector’s items.” “Such auctions continue the policy of dehumanization and colonial violence on the Naga people” it added. Another of those to criticize the planned sale was Laura Van Broekhoven director of the Pitt Rivers Museum which is part of the University of Oxford. “Please immediately pull from tomorrow’s auction the human and ancestral remains of Naga Shuar Dayak Kota Fon Vili people and other communities in Papua New Guinea Solomon Islands Nigeria Congo Ecuador Nagaland Benin” she wrote in a post on X on Tuesday.

A giant meteorite boiled the oceans 3.2 billion years ago. Scientists say it was a ‘fertilizer bomb’ for life ????? ????????? ????? A massive space rock estimated to be the size of four Mount Everests slammed into Earth more than 3 billion years ago — and the impact could have been unexpectedly beneficial for the earliest forms of life on our planet according to new research. Typically when a large space rock crashes into Earth the impacts are associated with catastrophic devastation as in the case of the demise of the dinosaurs 66 million years ago when a roughly 6.2-mile-wide 10-kilometer asteroid crashed off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula in what’s now Mexico. But Earth was young and a very different place when the S2 meteorite estimated to have 50 to 200 times more mass than the dinosaur extinction-triggering Chicxulub asteroid collided with the planet 3.26 billion years ago according to Nadja Drabon assistant professor of Earth and planetary sciences at Harvard University. She is also lead author of a new study describing the S2 impact and what followed in its aftermath that published Monday in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. “No complex life had formed yet and only single-celled life was present in the form of bacteria and archaea” Drabon wrote in an email. “The oceans likely contained some life but not as much as today in part due to a lack of nutrients. Some people even describe the Archean oceans as ‘biological deserts.’ The Archean Earth was a water world with few islands sticking out. It would have been a curious sight as the oceans were probably green in color from iron-rich deep waters.” When the S2 meteorite hit global chaos ensued — but the impact also stirred up ingredients that might have enriched bacterial life Drabon said. The new findings could change the way scientists understand how Earth and its fledgling life responded to bombardment from space rocks not long after the planet formed.

The mysterious symbols found carved in Qatar’s desert ??? ?????? Some shoot out of the soft rock like reptiles bathing in the sun. Others are mysterious depressions resembling an ancient board game played all over the world. And a few are straight-up puzzling. On a desolate and windswept corner of Qatar’s northeastern coast among the sand dunes of the barren desert lies Al Jassasiya the Gulf country’s largest and most important rock art site. Here people centuries ago used a series of low-lying limestone outcrops as a canvas on which they carved symbols motifs and objects that they observed in their environment. Overall archaeologists have found a total of some 900 rock carvings or “petroglyphs” at Al Jassasiya. They are mostly enigmatic cup marks arranged in various patterns including rows and rosettes but also eye-catching representations of sailing ships usually seen from above but also depicted in linear profile among other symbols and signs. “Although rock art is common in the Arabian Peninsula some of the carvings in Al Jassasiya are unique and cannot be found anywhere else” Ferhan Sakal head of excavation and site management at Qatar Museums told CNN referring to the petroglyphs of ships seen from a bird’s-eye view. “These carvings represent a high degree of creativity and observation skills the part of the artists who made them” he said. “Also abstract thinking as they were not able to see the dhow a traditional ship from above.”

A ring found among the debris of Florida’s recent hurricanes awaits its owner kra13.cc Scattered across Florida’s hurricane-ravaged communities are piles of debris remnants of what were once homes. Cherished memories — photo albums family heirlooms and tokens of love — swallowed by floodwaters and carried miles away are now reduced to mere fragments and discarded amid the wreckage. But in one of these piles of lost memories a small inconspicuous velvet black box was discovered with a ring and a note that read: “I was 18 when my parents gave it to me.” https://kra012.cc kraken ?????? Now Joe Kovach the engineer managing one of the debris sites in Tarpon Springs Florida where the box was found is searching for its owner. “Everyone has been basically dumping their entire lives onto the curb after the storm when everything flooded. My own boss’ house had 30 inches of water in it and I saw his face and just how devastating it can be for everyone” Kovach an engineer with Pinellas County Public Works told CNN. “A lot of people in the community were really affected by these two storms if there’s just a little bit I can do to give back then that’s perfect.” A contractor who was gathering and condensing debris with an excavator discovered the ring when he looked down and saw the box. “This was a needle in a haystack for sure. For something like that to survive all that when everything else was so wet and saturated that was kind of incredible” Kovach said. Although the ring was found after Hurricane Milton Kovach is sure the treasure was initially lost amid the ruins of Hurricane Helene based on the pile of debris it came from which Pinellas County Public Works tracks. It is likely the owner of the ring is from Crystal Beach Ozona or Palm Harbor Kovach said. On Tuesday after the contractor informed him about the ring Kovach posted a photo of the box and the note on several local community Facebook pages asking if it belonged to anyone. He did not include a photo or description of the ring to ensure it is returned to the rightful owner who can accurately describe it. On the inside lid of the box is a gold engraving with the jewelry brand “The Danbury Mint.”

Another chain Haraz opened this month in the pricey SoHo neighborhood in Manhattan with at least six more in the region planned in the next two years. The rapid expansion of these shops underscores the demand for late-night social spots for not only young Muslims and Middle Easterners but also younger people who are looking for a non-digital third space where they can hang out without alcohol or having to yell over loud music. They don’t have many other options. Malls a traditional third place for young people are growing more and more unpopular. Chains like Starbucks have become more like take-out counters. So we’re encouraged. But obviously I can’t speculate because we don’t get the scans yet. So once we get the scans we’ll know more. A shoulder subluxation occurs when “the humerus partially slides in and out of place quickly” according to Johns Hopkins Medicine. With the Dodgers up 4-1 in the bottom of the seventh inning Ohtani attempted to steal second base but was thrown out to end the inning. Ohtani however stayed on the ground grimacing in pain and eventually walked off the field with trainers holding his left arm. “Obviously when you get any one of your players that goes down it’s concerning” Roberts said. “But after kind of the range of motion the strength test I felt much better about it.” According to the FOX broadcast microphones picked up a conversation between Ohtani and trainers saying that his left shoulder appears to have popped out of its socket. This weekend’s playoffs mark Ohtani’s first appearance in the postseason after he missed out in each of his six seasons with the Los Angeles Angels. The star player is riding on a series of remarkable accomplishments in recent months including hitting his 50th homer of the season and stealing his 50th base in the Dodgers’ victory over the Miami Marlins last Thursday. Ohtani went on to rack up his 51st of each stat by the end of the contest.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will meet US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in Washington on Thursday. Leon Neal/Getty Images megaweb1.at — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to the White House on Thursday could be his final chance to convince a receptive American president of his country’s war aims. The precise details of the “victory plan” Zelensky plans to present in separate meetings to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are unknown having been closely held until they are presented to the American leaders. But according to people briefed on its broad contours the plan reflects the Ukrainian leader’s urgent appeals for more immediate help countering Russia’s invasion. Zelensky is also poised to push for long-term security guarantees that could withstand changes in American leadership ahead of what is widely expected to be a close presidential election between Harris and former President Donald Trump. megaweb1.at https://megaweb-1at.com The plan people familiar with it said acts as Zelensky’s response to growing war weariness even among his staunchest of western allies. It will make the case that Ukraine can still win — and does not need to cede Russian-seized territory for the fighting to end — if enough assistance is rushed in. That includes again asking permission to fire Western provided long-range weapons deeper into Russian territory a line Biden once was loathe to cross but which he’s recently appeared more open to as he has come under growing pressure to relent. Even if Biden decides to allow the long-range fires it’s unclear whether the change in policy would be announced publicly. Biden is usually apt to take his time making decisions about providing Ukraine new capabilities. But with November’s election potentially portending a major change in American approach to the war if Trump were to win Ukrainian officials — and many American ones — believe there is little time to waste. Trump has claimed he will be able to “settle” the war upon taking office and has suggested he’ll end US support for Kyiv’s war effort. “Those cities are gone they’re gone and we continue to give billions of dollars to a man who refused to make a deal Zelensky. There was no deal that he could have made that wouldn’t have been better than the situation you have right now. You have a country that has been obliterated not possible to be rebuilt” Trump said during a campaign speech in Mint Hill North Carolina on Wednesday. Comments like those have lent new weight to Thursday’s Oval Office talks according to American and European officials who have described an imperative to surge assistance to Ukraine while Biden is still in office. As part of Zelensky’s visit the US is expected to announce a major new security package thought it will likely delay the shipping of the equipment due to inventory shortages CNN previously reported according to two US officials. On Wednesday the US announced a package of 375 million. The president previewed Zelensky’s visit to the White House a day beforehand declaring on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly his administration was “determined to ensure that Ukraine has what it needs to prevail in fight for survival.” megaweb1.com “Tomorrow I will announce a series of actions to accelerate support for Ukraine’s military – but we know Ukraine’s future victory is about more than what happens on the battlefield it’s also about what Ukrainians do make the most of a free and independent future which so many have sacrificed so much for” he said.

Born in Seoul South Korea’s capital Sung and his family emigrated to San Diego California when he was 13. “We were just a family from Korea seeking the American Dream” he says. “As an immigrant family we didn’t really know English.” As a teen growing up on the US West Coast his mind couldn’t have been further from cooking. “I went to school got into college but decided to join the US Army because that’s the only way I thought I could travel” says the chef. Scientists say skeletal remains found in castle well belong to figure from 800-year-old saga kraken ??????? Researchers have connected the identity of skeletal remains found in a well at Norway’s Sverresborg castle to a passage in a centuries-old Norse text. The 800-year-old Sverris saga which follows the story of the real-life King Sverre Sigurdsson includes the tossing of the body of a dead man — later known as “Well-man” — down a well during a military raid in central Norway in 1197. https://krmp12.cc kraken ????? It’s likely according to the text that raiders lobbed the body into the well to poison the main water source for locals but little else is said about the man or who he was in the saga. Researchers initially uncovered the bones in the castle’s well in 1938 but they were only able to carry out a visual analysis at the time. Now scientists have an array of analytical techniques at their disposal including genetic sequencing and radiocarbon dating. A new study on the remains published Friday in the Cell Press journal iScience reveals unprecedented insights into Well-man’s appearance based on in-depth research on samples of his teeth. “This is the first time that a person described in these historical texts has actually been found” said study coauthor Michael D. Martin a professor in the department of natural history at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology’s University Museum in Trondheim in a statement. “There are a lot of these medieval and ancient remains all around Europe and they’re increasingly being studied using genomic methods.” The findings not only shed fresh light on what Well-man looked like but also who he was with a surprising twist about how he ended up in a Norse saga.

He served with the US Army in Iraq. Now he’s one of Asia’s top chefs and a Netflix ‘Culinary Class Wars’ judge kraken From a warzone in Iraq to a Michelin-starred kitchen and a hit Netflix show chef Sung Anh’s path to the top of Asia’s fine dining scene has been anything but ordinary. “Just like I did in the US Army where I volunteered to go to the war wanting to do something different — I decided to come here to Korea to try something different” says the Korean-American chef and judge on hit reality cooking show “Culinary Class Wars” which has just been green-lit for a second season. https://kra012.cc ???????? ?????? Sung 42 is the head chef and owner of South Korea’s only three-Michelin-starred restaurant Mosu Seoul. In recent weeks he has gained a new legion of fans as the meticulous and straight-talking judge on the new Netflix series. It’s this passion and unwavering drive to forge his own path that’s helped reshape fine dining in his birth home. Over four years of service he trained in bases across the country before being deployed to his country of birth South Korea and — following 9/11 — to the Middle East.

This teen became the youngest person to summit the world’s highest peaks. Now he wants others to follow in his footsteps ?????? ?????? Nima Rinji Sherpa’s ears are still tinged black from wind chill an occupational hazard of climbing to heights where humans struggle to breathe and where the weather can turn deadly in an instant. This month Nima became the youngest person to summit all 14 of the world’s highest peaks but the 18-year-old Nepalese mountaineer is already getting ready for his next big feat. https://krmp12.cc kraken tor Speaking to CNN via video call from the Nepali capital Kathmandu last week Nima said he’s taking a couple weeks’ rest before preparing to climb the world’s eighth-highest mountain Manaslu with Italian mountaineer Simone Moro – in winter alpine-style. “That means we’re climbing an 8000-meter mountain in winter… There’s no fixed ropes for us there’s no supplemental oxygen for us there is no support for us. So it’s like pure human endurance” Nima said. “It has never been done in the history of mountaineering.” After that “I’ll take some rest” Nima laughed. On October 9 Nima reached the top of the 8027-meter 26335-foot Shishapangma along with his partner Pasang Nurbu Sherpa. For Nima it was the final of the “eight-thousanders” the 14 peaks recognized by the International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation as standing more than 8000 meters above sea level. Describing the moment of summiting the final peak as “pure joy” Nima said his motivation comes from his family many of whom are renowned mountaineers. His father Tashi Lakpa Sherpa has climbed Everest nine times and at age 19 became the youngest person to summit without bottled oxygen. His uncle Mingma Sherpa became the first South Asian climber to summit the 14 peaks in 2011. “My uncles and my father they are way more successful than I would ever be because they came from a very small village. To even dream about being this successful for them it was really hard” Nima said. “I have the privilege that they didn’t have.”

Scientists say skeletal remains found in castle well belong to figure from 800-year-old saga kraken darknet Researchers have connected the identity of skeletal remains found in a well at Norway’s Sverresborg castle to a passage in a centuries-old Norse text. The 800-year-old Sverris saga which follows the story of the real-life King Sverre Sigurdsson includes the tossing of the body of a dead man — later known as “Well-man” — down a well during a military raid in central Norway in 1197. https://krmp12.cc ?????? ??????? It’s likely according to the text that raiders lobbed the body into the well to poison the main water source for locals but little else is said about the man or who he was in the saga. Researchers initially uncovered the bones in the castle’s well in 1938 but they were only able to carry out a visual analysis at the time. Now scientists have an array of analytical techniques at their disposal including genetic sequencing and radiocarbon dating. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will meet US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris in Washington on Thursday. Leon Neal/Getty Images CNN — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit to the White House on Thursday could be his final chance to convince a receptive American president of his country’s war aims. megaweb13.at The precise details of the “victory plan” Zelensky plans to present in separate meetings to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are unknown having been closely held until they are presented to the American leaders. The plan people familiar with it said acts as Zelensky’s response to growing war weariness even among his staunchest of western allies. ?›?µ???° ???°???°?·???? https://megaweb14at.com Trump has claimed he will be able to “settle” the war upon taking office and has suggested he’ll end US support for Kyiv’s war effort. The president previewed Zelensky’s visit to the White House a day beforehand declaring on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly his administration was “determined to ensure that Ukraine has what it needs to prevail in fight for survival.” mega666z6zxc36pkvhvbsg5hevdtr7v5c7icbul3aj74spcgcjydkqad.onion “Tomorrow I will announce a series of actions to accelerate support for Ukraine’s military – but we know Ukraine’s future victory is about more than what happens on the battlefield it’s also about what Ukrainians do make the most of a free and independent future which so many have sacrificed so much for” he said.
